Appointment Policy

In order to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. 

 We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to aid our receptionists in checking in your pet in a timely manner.  We make a sincere effort to see each and every scheduled client on time.  However, emergency cases receive top priority, so occasional appointment delay is unfortunately inevitable.  

We also welcome walk-in (unscheduled) appointments!  These appointments will be seen as soon as a doctor is available.

For your convenience, arrangements can also be made for a "drop-off" appointment.  This allows you to drop your pet off at the clinic at a time that works best for you (usually early in the day) and pick them up several hours later.  The doctors can then examine your animal and address any concerns you have between regularly scheduled appointments.  We ask that you be available by phone if at all possible so we can discuss any diagnostic or treatment plans that might need to be started before you arrive to pick up your pet.  This option is provided as a convenience for our established clients.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the protection of you and your pet, we ask that all animals be either secured on a leash or in a carrier when visiting our clinic.

Payment Policy

We require payment in full at the time of service.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
